- Digital delivery: On successful payment, digital products are delivered by download link or email. If a download link fails, contact support.

3. Refunds and cancellations
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided once the product is downloaded or the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical problems or receive a defective file, contact us within 7 days and we will evaluate and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
